1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gruntwerx (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Service

Gruntwerx is a platform that helps you manage your ad accounts using AI. The Service:

  • Integrates with your Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts via OAuth
  • Provides a remote MCP server that AI assistants (like Claude) can connect to using your API token
  • Uses LLMs to analyze your advertising data and provide recommendations
  • Offers a conversational interface for managing your ad campaigns

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Authentication and Permissions

  • The Service requires OAuth access to your Meta Ads and/or Google Ads accounts
  • You warrant that you have the authority to grant access to the ad accounts you connect — you are either the owner or have been authorized by the owner to manage them
  • API tokens grant access to your connected ad accounts via the MCP server — treat them like passwords
  • You may revoke OAuth access or API tokens at any time through the dashboard

5. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service offers the following plans:

  • Free — 100 MCP tool calls/month, 2 ad accounts
  • Pro ($19/month or $15/month billed annually) — 2,000 tool calls/month, 10 ad accounts, email support
  • Business ($79/month or $63/month billed annually) — Unlimited tool calls, 25 ad accounts, priority email support
  • Enterprise (custom pricing) — Unlimited everything, dedicated Slack support, custom MCP tools

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. When you reach your monthly tool call limit, you will see a clear message — there are no surprise overage charges. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitations of Service

  • LLM-generated recommendations and actions are advisory — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes to your ad accounts
  • Gruntwerx is not responsible for advertising performance outcomes, ad spend changes, or financial losses resulting from actions taken through the Service
  • Service availability depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google) and may be affected by changes to their platforms
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses due to downtime or interruptions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Gruntwerx. Your ad account data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it. You grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. User Data and Deletion

You retain all rights to your data. We access and process it per our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data, OAuth tokens, and API tokens will be removed within 30 days.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Share your account credentials or API tokens with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service in a way that violates Meta, Google, or any other platform's terms of service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell access to the Service without our written permission

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice to active users.

11. Refund Policy

  • 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refunds available for annual plans canceled mid-term
  • No cancellation fees
  • Refund requests should be sent to john@gruntwerx.ai and will be processed within 5–7 business days

12. Limitation of Liability

Gruntwerx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, ad spend losses, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Company operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
